At Practicing Wholeness, our clinicians specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based approaches for couples, individuals, and relationships. We support clients navigating communication issues, attachment wounds, trauma, trust concerns, and intimacy challenges. Our therapists also provide care for sexual health, desire differences, and relationship repair after betrayal or emotional disconnection.
-
EFT is a research-based approach that helps partners understand and heal the emotional patterns that lead to conflict or distance. Rather than focusing on “fighting better,” EFT helps couples build emotional safety, deepen connection, and create lasting change in how they communicate and relate to one another.
-
Yes. In addition to couples therapy, our team works with individuals who want to explore relationship patterns, rebuild self-worth, process breakups, or grow in their sexual and emotional wellness. -
Couples therapy at Practicing Wholeness is a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. The length of therapy depends on your goals and the complexity of your experiences. Some clients notice meaningful change within a few months, while others benefit from longer-term work—especially when addressing trauma, long-term disconnection, or significant relationship challenges. Our goal is always to help you build sustainable, lasting change—not quick fixes.
