Fees for Service

We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of counseling services and care possible.

Minimalist Chairs

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Couples Session (60 minutes)- $175

Individual Session (60 minutes)- $150

Out- Of Network.
We take a holistic, client centered approach to counseling, looking at the whole person/relati
onship and their unique situation. Insurance does not often cover couples therapy, requires a mental health diagnosis and/or limits the number of sessions which can impact our approach.

We accept all credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

We require a card be on file through our secure portal. All cards are charged through a secure system and are charged the morning of session.

We do work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed.

We are also happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, or do not show for your session, you may be charged the full fee. We understand emergencies and last minute changes so we do offer a one time-late cancel waiver per every 1 year when given notice.

Good Faith Estimate

You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not hav
e insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services.
-You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
-Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before before you schedule an item or service.
-If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute your bill.

-Make sure you have a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
-As mentioned in the informed consent, you have the right to decide at any time not to receive therapy from me. You have the right to end therapy at any time without any moral, legal, or financial obligations other than those already accrued.
