Couples Therapy
Finding Each Other Again.
Sometimes Our Relationships Veer Off Course...
In every relationship, couples face tough times when communication falters, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. This cycle of arguments can create emotional distance, leaving partners feeling disconnected and stuck. Over time, it can erode trust and intimacy, making reconnection difficult.

All Relationships Go Through Tough Times.
Every couple fights! It's a natural part to relationships. What becomes distressing and painful is when those fights can't find repair, connection, and resolve. All we want is to feel like we have each other's backs, and feel cared for even when we can't agree.

It not always about what we are fighting about but rather how we fight. Sometimes those fights are heavy and can hold pain and heartbreak, but how we navigate that is what brings us the resolve and connection with long for.

In couples therapy, we want to help bring clarity to those patterns that drive that miscommunication and disconnection and bring clearer, more connecting messages forward. We work to repair wounds and heartaches, and create space to heal and find security.
Our Approach
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
EFT is an evidenced based road map to help you enrich and nourish your relationship and repair the places that feel tired, lost, and broken.
EFT couples therapy is a model that not only brings clarity to the patterns that disconnect you in your relationship but sheds light on the unmet needs and fears that live underneath. It creates a space to get to the heart of what matters in relationships; to be heard, cared for, and understood.
Right now, that sense of closeness and security might be missing because, the cycle (which every relationship has) may be sending hurtful and damaging messages that we never intended to send. Our signals for connection, may not be reaching the way we hope they are.
When we become aware of how our signals influence the cycle, we can transform our moves in those moments to not only stop those painful messages, but send clearer, deeper, more connecting signals that can strengthen, and deepen our most important relationships.

Is it worth it?Traditional weekly couples therapy can cost around $150-$250 in the DFW metroplex. This would be around $7,200-$12,000 for a year of work. So undoubtedly, this would be a more affordable approach and would also save you 3-4 months of traditional therapy.
