Life’s challenges can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected—not only from ourselves, but sometimes from the faith that once brought us comfort. In these moments, it’s common to wrestle with shame, fear, or doubt, wondering if your faith is “strong enough” to carry you through. The worry of being misunderstood or judged by your church community can make this struggle feel even heavier, leaving you unsure of where to turn for support.

Faith-based therapy provides a safe, compassionate space where your spiritual beliefs are not only respected but integrated into your healing process. Here, your relationship with God is honored as an essential part of your growth, giving you the clarity, understanding, and connection you need to navigate life’s hardships with renewed hope.

You don’t have to choose between your faith and your healing. If you’re ready to explore therapy that values both, I invite you to take the first step today. Together, we’ll create a path forward that honors your faith and supports your emotional well-being.

At the core of our faith-based therapy is a process designed to help individuals and couples recognize and transform the emotional patterns that create distance—both from each other and from God. When life’s challenges weigh heavily, it’s easy to feel spiritually disconnected or uncertain about where to turn. Our compassionate, faith-centered approach offers a safe space to explore how these patterns impact your relationships and your walk with God, providing clarity and guidance in moments of struggle.

By gaining a deeper understanding of these dynamics, you can begin to restore trust, rebuild emotional intimacy, and strengthen your spiritual foundation. Whether you’re navigating distance in your marriage or longing for a closer connection with God, this approach supports healing, growth, and renewed faith—helping you create relationships grounded in security, trust, and grace.

Your faith and your relationships deserve the chance to thrive. If you’re ready to rebuild connection—with God, your partner, or yourself—let’s begin the journey together.

Frequently Asked

  • We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Most insurance plans do not cover couples therapy and require a mental health diagnosis, which can impact the length of sessions and our approach to care.

Our work is holistic and client-centered, focusing on you and your relationship as a whole—not just a diagnosis. We also prioritize confidentiality, which can be affected by insurance involvement.

To help with out-of-network costs, we partner with Mentaya, a service that assists clients in getting reimbursed for therapy. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will handle claim submissions and insurance paperwork on your behalf. We can also provide a receipt (superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • We offer both in office sessions and virtual sessions through our secure online platform!

  • Faith based therapy can be beneficial for both individuals and couples. Whether you're seeking help for personal healing or working through relationship difficulties, our approach is tailored to support your unique needs. EFT can help individuals process distress on their own or as part of couples' therapy, fostering deeper emotional understanding and growth.

  • This depends on your unique needs and circumstances, as every client’s journey is different. Some clients find meaningful progress in a few months, while others benefit from ongoing support for a year or more. My goal is never to keep you in therapy longer than necessary, but to meet you where you are, provide transparency, and support you in a way that feels right for you.

  • Q: Therapy can be expensive—how do I know if it’s worth the investment?

Investing in therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your overall well-being. The benefits extend beyond the therapy room, helping you break unhealthy patterns, improve communication, and build deeper emotional connections. While the cost may feel significant, the long-term value—greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and emotional resilience—often outweighs the expense. Many clients find that the clarity and growth they gain through therapy positively impact multiple areas of their lives, making it one of the most meaningful investments they can make.
