Seeking help takes a lot of courage! It also shows a tremendous amount of self-awareness, dedication, and a desire to grow – both personally and in your relationships. Yet, despite this, it can feel overwhelming when the answers don't seem clear or your actions don't always align with what you know to be your true self.  

I was drawn to the field of relational therapy with a profound interest in understanding the dynamics of human connections and the impact they have on our lives. I truly believe in the power of relationships. When we nurture meaningful connections with ourselves and with others, we thrive. As a relational therapist, I help people find new ways to relate, interact, and connect with themselves and with others.

With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), my focus is on cultivating deeper emotional understanding within your relationship, reducing reactivity, and promoting the safety, warmth, and connection that we all desire. Whether we're exploring the complexities of romantic relationships, supporting teens and their families, or navigating the challenges of grief and illness, my goal is simple: I want you to get where you want to be in your relationships and life.
